Westonka High School's counseling services are designed to support each student’s unique journey.
Announcements
Please note that from June 8th through August 17th there are no counselors available and the WHS Counseling Office is closed. Counselors will respond to emails and phone calls left for them over the summer upon their return to work the week of August 17th. Please contact the main office at 952-491-8100 for all urgent matters.
Schedule Change Requests:
Students can view their 2026-27 schedules starting August 25th during Fast Start.
If you would like to request a change, please use the Schedule Change Form. If needed, your counselor will schedule appointments to discuss your schedule change request upon their return the week of August 17th. Thanks for your patience!
Transcript Requests:
All transcript requests should be made through www.parchment.com. Online requests will be approved during main office hours throughout the summer. Incoming senior students who need to set up a Parchment account should follow instructions in this video.
New Student Registration:
New student registration appointments will be scheduled when counselors return mid-August. Please contact the main office at 952-491-8100 or ottenbreitc@westonka.k12.mn.us to schedule an appointment if calling prior to August 12th.
Final Transcript Requests for Seniors:
Senior students planning to attend a 2-year or 4-year program next will need to request a final transcript be sent to the college/university. Without a final transcript, students may not be allowed to register for classes or access financial aid. All transcript requests are made through Parchment.
Steps to make the request:
- Click the Transcript Request link
- Start by entering your email.
- If you can’t remember your login information, you will need to use the forgot username or password features. We don’t have access to your login information.
- If you never set up an account, you will need to do so. Click on NEW USER ACCOUNT and follow the instructions. Use a personal email, not your school email.
- Find your college/school
- Change option from SEND NOW to HOLD FOR GRADES
- Enter payment information ($5)
- Submit request
- We will send a final transcript with senior grades and graduation date as soon as it becomes available by or before June 5th.

Transcript Request
All Westonka High School students (past and present) will send their transcripts from Parchment.
Fee per transcript:
- $5 fee for all electronic transcripts to participating colleges/universities
- $5 fee for paper transcripts sent by Parchment Exchange to non-participating locations
- $10 fee for paper transcripts for alumni that graduated prior to 2000
