Important Senior Meetings:

Important senior meetings were held this week during WIN on Tuesday and Thursday

On May 19th, counselors met with seniors to discuss completing their senior survey, sending final transcripts, ways to ensure they still have access to certain information after their school accounts are inactivated and mental health resources outside of high school. Here is a copy of the presentation used. Any students who were not present should view the slide deck linked above, complete the senior survey and reach out to their counselor with any specific questions.  

On May 21st, administration and counselors met with seniors to discuss graduation details, rehearsal details, graduation walk opportunity and hand out caps/gowns. Here is a copy of the presentation used.  

**Any students who were not present should view the slide deck and stop by the main office ASAP to pick up their cap and gown. 

Final Transcript Requests for Seniors: 

Senior students planning to attend a 2-year or 4-year program next will need to request a final transcript be sent to the college/university.  Without a final transcript, students may not be allowed to register for classes or access financial aid. All transcript requests are made through Parchment

Steps to make the request:

• Click the Transcript Request link
• Start by entering your email.  
  • If you can’t remember your login information, you will need to use the forgot username or password features.  We don’t have access to your login information.  
  • If you never set up an account, you will need to do so. Click on NEW USER ACCOUNT and follow the instructions. Use a personal email, not your school email.
• Find your college/school
• Change option from SEND NOW to HOLD FOR GRADES
• Enter payment information ($5)
• Submit request
• We will send a final transcript with senior grades and graduation date as soon as it becomes available by or before June 5th.
