Summer Season Schedule (June 8-August 6, no class June 19 and July 6-10):

Location: Pond Ice Arena

  • This program is for all 6th-12th grade students
  • MS Entering 6-8th Grade Session 1 : Monday - Thursday June 8 - August 6 8am-9am -  $125
  • MS Entering 6-8th Grade Session 2: Monday - Thursday June 8 - August 6 12:30pm - 1:30pm  - $125
  • Boys Entering 9-12th Grade: Monday - Thursday June 8 - August 6 9:00am - 10:10am or 11:20am-12:30pm  - $125
  • Girls Entering 9-12th Grade: Monday - Thursday June 8 - August 6 10:10am - 11:20am - $125

These times are subject to change week-to-week, so please make sure to follow westonka_performance on Instagram and Twitter for Weekly Weight Room Schedules every SUNDAY NIGHT. I will also send out weekly schedule emails every Sunday night for the week ahead.

Spring High School Off Season Schedule (March 31-May 22)

  • This program is for all 8th-12th grade students not competing in a spring sport.
  • We will meet in the weight room at the specific times below or specified for that week. Make sure to follow our Instagram for the weekly weight room schedule!
  • Tuesday - 4:15-5:15 pm (Warm up 10 min, speed/agility 15 min, Lift 30 min, cool down 5 min).
  • Thursday -  3:45-4:45 pm or 4:15-5:15 pm (Warm up 10 min, speed/agility 15 min, Lift 30 min, cool down 5 min).
  • Friday - 3:45-4:15 pm (Warm up/Lift 30 min)

The weight room will be closed the last week of school (May 25-June 3) due to having to move equipment out of the weight room to Pond Ice Arena for summer strength program.
