2026 High School Spring Off Season Performance Program

Spring High School Off Season Schedule (March 31-May 22)
- This program is for all 8th-12th grade students not competing in a spring sport.
- We will meet in the weight room at the specific times below or specified for that week. Make sure to follow our Instagram for the weekly weight room schedule!
- Tuesday - 4:15-5:15 pm (Warm up 10 min, speed/agility 15 min, Lift 30 min, cool down 5 min).
- Thursday - 3:45-4:45 pm or 4:15-5:15 pm (Warm up 10 min, speed/agility 15 min, Lift 30 min, cool down 5 min).
- Friday - 3:45-4:15 pm (Warm up/Lift 30 min)
The weight room will be closed the last week of school (May 25-June 3) due to having to move equipment out of the weight room to Pond Ice Arena for summer strength program.
