Westonka Musicians to Present Coffeehouse Jazz on May 1-2
Westonka High School musicians will present Coffeehouse Jazz on May 1 and 2 at 7 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall at St. John’s Church in Mound. The event will feature the Madd Jazz and the Jazz Band performing traditional jazz and swing music, as well as modern popular music.
This popular annual event helps raise funds for guest artists at concerts, accompanist fees, guest clinicians, and more. Students from both groups donate their time and talents to provide entertainment, while parents provide funds for desserts and time for set up and take down.
